The short answer to this is YES!
No matter how well your spelling and grammar is, you will never spot all your own mistakes because you know what the text is meant to say.
You will read your work as it’s supposed to be, not how it actually is. A spare set of eyes that know what to look for are invaluable when it comes to preparing work for publication.
I usually work in Microsoft Word or Google drive.
If you do use an alternative program, still get in touch.

The most important thing to me is that you are happy with the service you receive. If you are not happy in any way please let me know and I will do everything I can to resolve the situation.
I accept payments through PayPal* or bank transfer.
I expect a, non-refundable, 50% deposit before the work is carried out and 50% on completion.
*PayPal is my preferred method.

If something crops up, and your work won’t be ready for your booking, let me know as soon as possible.
Together, we will reschedule for a convenient time that suits us both.

The time it takes to complete a job varies from customer to customer and depends on what they want. However, be assured I wont take on any job without arranging a completion date with you and I will do everything I can to work to your time schedule.
If I can not complete a job in the time you specify I will tell you before agreeing to do the work.

upon completion of a job I will provide you with a document showing all adjustments and revisions that you can either accept or reject. I can also provide you with a clean document that shows how the text will look after all the revisions.

If you would like more than one round of editing for the same project, you get the second round half price.
If you want two services, for example... an edit on your work then later decide you require a proofread, you will receive a 20% discount for the second service.
As an author myself, I know how expensive it can be to get a book edited and proofread. This is why I try to make my prices as affordable as possible.
While I don’t have a system for installments, If you do have a long manuscript to be edited, I am happy to work on it in sections and discuss costs to suit your budget.

While I am British and will work in British English, it is also a fact that most books are written in American English.
American English is also the preferred language when submitting to most traditional publishers.
With this in mind, I am happy to work in whichever form of English you prefer.
